Experienced Representation from a Former Prosecutor
As a former Assistant State's Attorney, I have extensive jury trial experience in many courts throughout Cecil County and all of Maryland. My prosecution experience allowed me to not only become familiar with how the local prosecutors approach criminal matters, but also to become well known by the area's prosecutors, judges, and other legal professionals. The prosecutors know that I will go to great lengths to protect my clients' rights, taking cases to trial more often than not. I always keep my clients' best interests in mind throughout the course of my representation, and make every decision based on what will provide the best outcome for my clients.
I have been a trial lawyer for the entirety of my legal career. I appear in court on a daily basis, representing criminal defendants in trials, preliminary hearings, violation of probation hearings, and bail reviews in both District and Circuit Court.
